To bring this vision to life, we sourced delicious avocado oil and organic blue corn kernels. We then employed the ancient process of nixtamalization, which has deep roots in our Mexican heritage. The kernels are soaked in lime and then stone-ground to make masa, giving our totopos their great, nostalgic flavor.
